Yachtaris reserves the right to restrict access to its platform and services at its sole discretion.
Yachtaris serves as an intermediary, connecting users with boat rental companies (also referred to as “charter operators"). We present a curated selection of boats from companies with whom we have commercial agreements, including API partners. Please note that this selection may not represent the entirety of their available fleet.
When you make a booking through our platform, you are entering into a direct agreement with the charter company. Yachtaris facilitates this process by transmitting your rental details to the boat provider and sending you a confirmation email on their behalf.
We rely on the information provided by our boat providers to offer our services. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee the absolute correctness, completeness, or reliability of this information. Boat providers bear ultimate responsibility for the accuracy of the details they provide, including pricing and availability.
Our services are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. The reproduction, sale, display, or use of any content, products, or services from our platform for commercial or competitive activities is strictly prohibited.
Prices displayed on Yachtaris are typically listed per boat for the entirety of the reservation and include VAT and other applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. We strongly encourage you to review the rental details for any specific conditions or stipulations. Obvious pricing errors shall not be considered binding.
Yachtaris does not add any charges or commissions to the rental price, and our service is free for users. Boat providers compensate us with a service fee following the completion of your rental payment. Payments are securely processed through a third-party payment processor, transferring funds from your credit/debit card or bank account directly to the boat provider.
Each rental has a specific cancellation policy, detailed on its respective page, during the booking process, and within your confirmation email. Certain rentals may not permit cancellations or changes. Please thoroughly review these details prior to confirming your booking. We advise careful consideration of the rental’s cancellation and payment policies and ensuring timely payments are made.
Rentals may be canceled without prior notice if payment cannot be processed according to the agreed terms. Late payments, incorrect payment details, or insufficient funds are the responsibility of the user. Refunds of prepaid amounts are subject to the discretion of the boat provider.

By making a booking, you consent to receiving emails related to your rental and other relevant offers. Our liability is limited to direct damages up to the total cost of your reservation, as indicated in the confirmation email. This limitation is subject to these Terms and Conditions and applicable law. Yachtaris, along with its directors, employees, and partners, shall not be held liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, for inaccuracies in information, services or products supplied by boat providers, or for damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
Unless otherwise indicated, all software and intellectual property rights associated with our platform’s content are the exclusive property of Yachtaris. The use, copying, or exploitation of our content or brand without express written permission is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use constitutes an infringement of our intellectual property rights.
These Terms and Conditions and the provision of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Croatian law. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Croatian courts.
